✅ Reservations & Payment -Payment is required at the time of booking to hold your spot. -Walk-ins are welcome only if space is available 🔄 Cancellations & Refunds -All open play reservations are non-refundable. -No-shows will not be credited or refunded. 👶 Supervision & Safety -All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during open play. -Please help us maintain a safe environment by supervising your child(ren) and following posted rules. 🧼 Cleanliness & Health -If your child is not feeling well, please stay home and contact us about rescheduling. -We sanitize all play areas and appreciate your help in keeping our space clean and safe for everyone.
