Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Our Heritage Playroom to celebrate your special day! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our birthday party policy below: Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your party for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. While the deposit is non-refundable, we understand that plans can change and offer one-time rescheduling (see below). Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your party once at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance of your original party date. Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a rescheduling fee of $50, subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must take place within 90 days of the original booking. Other Important Notes Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled party time for setup. We kindly ask that all guests depart at the end of the allotted party time to allow our team time to clean and prepare for the next event. We look forward to celebrating with you!
